Forgotten Liverpool youngster Sheyi Ojo is set for another loan spell away from Anfield as he prepares to join Cardiff City for the season.
Paul Joyce reported that the 23-year-old will leave for the sixth loan move of his career. Ojo returned from his latest short-term stint back in May after Steven Gerrard and Rangers opted not to make his time in Scotland permanent.

It now seems he will try his luck in Wales instead after previously spending time with Wigan, Wolves, Fulham and Stade Reims.
Ojo has made just 13 senior appearances for Liverpool despite coming through the ranks as an academy graduate. His last match was back in 2017 during the Reds’ FA Cup run as the England youth international tallied a goal and an assist during the competition (via Transfermarkt).
Many Reds fans have responded to the news and are confused over why the elusive winger is being loaned rather than sold. One supporter has replied asking ‘what’s the point’ in loaning Ojo out again despite him going three years without a senior appearance for the club.

Another fan has said the update is ‘no good to us’, as they are clearly holding their breath over a potential Thiago announcement.
