We’re not even into December yet, but the transfer rumour mill is already churning. We’re expecting a busy January, and it appears as though Liverpool could be planning to get involved.
They’re obviously growing significantly under Jurgen Klopp, and the German will have lofty ambitions for the season ahead. They, of course, came so close to glory last season in Europe, and they’ll be eager to improve both continentally and domestically.
The Reds were buoyed by the capture of Virgil van Dijk last season in January, and so perhaps another deal could help spur them on in pursuit of a Premier League title challenge.
One man that they’re apparently interested in is Houssem Aouar. According to Mohamed Bouhafsi, Liverpool are looking carefully at the Lyon midfielder.

He’s enjoyed a significant rise over the last couple of years, and as a creator with lots of vision and technical ability, he’d certainly fit right into a Liverpool midfield that is already one of England’s best.
Naturally, Liverpool supporters have been responding to the news, and many fans have taken to Reddit to discuss it. it’s fair to say that he’s a very popular man – and they want Klopp to go further than just holding an interest in the midfielder – they want a deal to be done.
