Liverpool: Fans urge the club to finalise a move for Thiago Alcantara

Newest Liverpool target Thiago Alcantara is reportedly eager to join the Reds this summer and is desperate to play under Jurgen Klopp.

According to The Express (relayed via @AnfieldEdition), the Spaniard has two major motives in his desire to leave Germany. Thiago is reportedly eager to play in the Premier League before he retires but also wants to experience Klopp’s management.

The Reds are heavily linked to a move for Thiago as the club look to perhaps add depth to their midfield ahead of next season. Liverpool are yet to make a summer signing despite being the newly crowned champions of England. The 29-year-old’s current Transfermarkt value is £43.2million.

Kopites have responded to the recent update and are begging the club to get the deal over the line. One fan has addressed the owners directly by tweeting ‘get it done FSG’ whilst another has urged Klopp to make the move happen by saying ‘you’ve already let Werner down’.
