Our Newcastle fans here in the Transfer Tavern are still confident they are going back to the Premier League after their latest win in the Championship.
The Magpies are looking good to go up, for sure, and won again at the weekend at St. James’ Park with a 2-1 scoreline against Wigan Athletic.
Brighton are keeping them honest for the title, too, but it does look like the pair will get those automatic spots with just a handful of games to go.
Indeed, the Magpies’ players have certainly applied themselves well this season and that can certainly be said for Ayoze Perez.
The young forward has been at the club for some time now, too, and has now reached an impressive milestone – something he posted on Twitter:
