Few men at Man Utd are as unpopular as Alexis Sanchez at present. The Chilean came to Old Trafford with such a strong reputation, but he’s since made that crumble, and he’s been one of the Red Devil’s worst players since he moved to the club.
Lacking the goals, lacking the assists, lacking the energy and lacking the fitness, Sanchez looks like a shadow of his former self.
Unsurprisingly, then, a lot of Man Utd fans are ready to see the back of the overpriced and underperforming winger.
Ole Gunnar Solksjaer recently shared an update on the fitness of Sanchez, which has been shared by Man Utd on their official Twitter page. Most fans, however, aren’t interested in that, they’re more concerned with what the club are doing to do with Sanchez long-term.

More specifically, they’re calling for the attacker to be sold. Evidently, fans are fed up, and why wouldn’t they be? He’s done nothing to earn their trust or their faith. Whilst the club are clearly spending big money to have the services of Sanchez, so far, he’s proven to be little more than an expensive flop. And truthfully, he’s showing no signs of improvement.
