Manchester City and transfer chief Txiki Begiristain are eyeing a move for Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to reports.

Recently, The Athletic and reliable journalist Sam Lee published an article detailing the futures of every City squad member and their likelihood of leaving in the summer.

Kalvin Phillips and Sergio Gomez were among the players whose departures aren't totally ruled out with the Premier League champions potentially kickstarting a summer of change at Eastlands.

The Serie A sensation has seriously impressed in Italy's top flight this campaign, standing out as a star player, and it's claimed the Blues are eyeing a move.

He will however cost a marquee fee with Jacobs detailing that Kvaratskhelia could command 'double' his rumoured £50 million valuation.

The reporter adds that City supporters will know all about talented Georgians given the cult hero status of former favourite Georgi Kinkladze.
