Manchester United fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern are not exactly looking thrilled as they hear our landlord repeat the claims made by BBC Sport about Radamel Falcao.
The Manchester United forward has struggled this season and we think that not only has manager Louis van Gaal been at fault for his lack of goals but that the player himself is simply not as good as he was before his injury.
Now it seems that Van Gaal is working to try and get the best from the forward – although as one of our punters notes, playing Falcao for the Under 21s and humiliating him is not exactly the best way to do that and despite the United manager talking about the Columbian’s issues and claiming: ‘we are looking for the solution,’ our regulars think his time at Old Trafford is destined to be a failure.
