Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata is widely known as football’s ‘nice guy’.

The Spaniard – who has made over 200 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 45 goals – is now approaching the back end of a glistening career.
The 31-year-old has won the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the Europa League with United since joining the club from Chelsea in 2014, but he has been largely ineffective this term having failed to score or assist in seven appearances.
Mata has achieved an average rating of just 6.17/10 from WhoScored this term. Last season, the Spain international achieved an overall rating of 6.32/10 from WhoScored having registered just three goals and two assists for the 20-time English champions.
Many United fans now believe that Mata’s best days at the club are firmly behind him, as shown by these Tweets below in response to a recent video posted by @utdxtra, which shows the midfielder taking time out of his day to take photos with fans around Manchester’s city centre.
Shouldn’t be at the club though.
