Manchester United fans were less than pleased with defender Victor Lindelof after he complimented former Old Trafford boss Jose Mourinho.
The £31.5m-rated, as per Transfermarkt, Sweden international lauded the Portuguese coach as one of the best coaches in the world before saying he owes Mourinho for the impact he had on his career at the club (via Aftonbladet).

Mourinho was the manager in the summer of 2017 when Lindelof made the move from Liga Nos side Benfica to the north-west club for a fee believed to be £31m (via BBC).
The former United manager has been out of a managerial job since he left Old Trafford after he was sacked by the club following their 3-1 loss away to Liverpool last December.
Fans blasted Lindelof for his comments on Mourinho, who enjoyed a difficult relationship at times with the Old Trafford faithful, as they took to Twitter to react.
