Manchester United fans could not hold back the jokes after a video of the club’s defence in training was posted on Twitter.
Journalist Samuel Luckhurst tweeted out a video of a ‘small side game’, and alluded to how the defensive quartet Matteo Darmian, Marcos Rojo, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones were all in the same team.

The quartet of players have come under the wrath of the Old Trafford faithful during their careers at the club.
Darmian has been labelled a ‘flop’ since joining the club in 2015 and was on the end of abuse following the club’s 1-0 defeat to Brighton in May 2018.
Rojo suffered a similar fate to the previous three, as fans cut him to ribbons after his performances versus West Ham last season (judging by the tweets sourced by United in Focus)
Smalling and Jones, meanwhile, have been slated by pundits such as Phil Neville during their United careers.
