Because the big spending French club are willing to pay United £59.7m, which is a record fee in the Premier League, meaning they would recoup all the cash initially paid by Real Madrid.
But some United fans are convinced that he will come good at the Theatre of Dreams.
Although there are rumours suggesting that he is extremely unhappy in Manchester, considering the fact he initially wanted to move to PSG.
But after the move broke down to join the Ligue 1 champions he was forced out of Madrid to join the Red Devils.
So now he has the opportunity to join PSG but it will be a big decision by United to let him go.
