Manchester United fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are not shocked to hear in The Telegraph that Javier Hernandez will be sold in the summer regardless as to whether or not Radamel Falcao stays.
The Mexican international forward was turfed out of Old Trafford upon Louis van Gaal’s Old Trafford arrival and it seems as though the striker will not play for the Red Devils again.
Many assumed his future would rely on the decision made by United as to whether or not they are going through with the £43.2 million transfer for Falcao.
It would be unlikely if Hernandez made his stay at current loan club Real Madrid permanent as he has struggled to make an impact while in Spain.
He has only made one La Liga start under Carlo Ancelotti which has made it even harder for himself to make a difference.
Despite Chicharito’s future at United not being linked with that of Falcao’s, it looks as though the on-loan Colombian striker may stay after starting United’s last five games.
He initially struggled to find his form after fighting against his fitness problems at the start of the season but now he looks to be getting back up to speed.
