Metro seem to have put Manchester United fans in a rather bad mood here in the Football Transfer Tavern after claiming that the future of Radamel Falcao is now in serious doubt.
The Colombian forward is of course on loan from Monaco and after a somewhat dodgy start to life at the club, has seen himself manage to work his way back into the side, bagging a few goals to boot.
However after being dropped against Southampton, things seem to have taken a turn for the worse for the player.
Falcao did not even stop to watch the game against the Saints which United managed to lose 1-0 and stormed away from Old Trafford, according to eye-witnesses.
Now whilst one of our punters notes that some managers like to see a reaction from players after being dropped, we think that Louis van Gaal will be a little bit more unimpressed and given the future of Falcao is hardly secure, we don’t think it was the wisest decision from the former Porto and Atletico Madrid man.
