Our Manchester United fans here in the Transfer Tavern cannot believe how many miles they’re going to cover this week as they play Rostov and Chelsea in the next few days.
The Red Devils should be no strangers to long trips into Europe, of course, but the trip to Russia followed by a big game in the FA Cup at Stamford Bridge is surely going to stretch their resources regardless.
Indeed, we could see the club rest players against Chelsea for the second game in light of this as Jose Mourinho has plenty to juggle over the coming weeks.
Of course, it’s easy to say they’ve got a long way to travel but Squawka’s graphic helps add some substance to those words.
