Matteo Guendouzi is getting praise from these Arsenal fans

Unai Emery’s summer signings have had mixed success so far this season, with some – like Bernd Leno – still yet to make a sufficient impact in the Premier League.

However, one player whose impact undoubtedly cannot be questioned is young Matteo Guendouzi. The young Frenchman came in as an unknown quantity, and most Arsenal fans were likely expecting him to make little if any impact over the first few months of the season.

Despite that, though, he’s offered Arsenal a fresh outlook through the midfield, displaying brilliant quality both on the ball and off of it. Despite being surrounded by players that are often several years his senior, the 19-year-old has taken to the team like a fish to water.

Now, he’s arguably one of Emery’s most trusted players. Arsenal have been discussing his rise on their official Twitter page, sharing a post detailing his rise from Paris to Arsenal.
