The Torino forward has been a revelation since arriving at the club from Palermo back in 2015, netting 25 goals from his 51 appearances.

The 23-year-old would be a solid investment for United and he would be tied up ahead of his very best years in the game, if Jose Mourinho makes his move this January.

One United fan is having a game of pool with his pals here in the Tavern and he thinks that Belotti would be a class signing for United, stating that he could learn a lot from Zlatan Ibrahimovic if he signs sooner rather than later.

It is no secret that Manchester United would be keen to secure the services of another defensive midfielder and there are few with more ability that De Rossi.

The 33-year-old would only be a short-term fix, however, and any move for the veteran would need to really happen this January.
