The Manchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern would give everything for their side to take three points off of Manchester City tomorrow and delay the inevitable City title win for another week. If Pep Guardiola gets the better of Jose Mourinho for the second time this season tomorrow, he’ll ensure the Premier League title returns to The Etihad for the first time since 2014. Mourinho has been speaking ahead of the game as he looks to gain as many points as possible before the end of the season.
Jose: "Obviously it's our objective to fight in the league and for that we need points, so my objective for tomorrow is to try and win points that can help us finish second." #MUFC

The United fans propping our bar up have been left to suffer this season as they’ve fallen below their lofty standards. The club is used to seeing beautiful football at Old Trafford and don’t usually get turned over easily. Although under Mourinho the football has been tepid as defensive impetus has been chosen over attacking flamboyance. The style adopted by Mourinho has irked a number of United fans as they made their Champions League bow against Sevilla last month, losing 2-1 at Old Trafford.
The club’s only remaining hope of silverware comes in the form of the FA Cup, however, they first have to overcome Tottenham Hotspur in the semi-finals. Things don’t look bright for the Red Devils as the last time they faced Spurs at Wembley they fell behind after just ten seconds and looked out of the game from then on, eventually falling to a 2-0 defeat. In the short-term though, the fans will be looking ahead to tomorrow as they hope to delay the Manchester City party bus by one more week.

Well he needs to actually play attacking football then and set up the defence correctly. We need to stop scoring one goal and then 'parking the bus' and counter attacking.

Please Mourinho dont park the bus please
