Despite a much-needed win over Swansea City, the Manchester United fans propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern are yet to be wholly convinced by the Jose Mourinho era.
The Red Devils remain some way off the Premier League pace-setters and the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ looks like a man under pressure, to say the least at the Theatre of Dreams.
Injuries, to be fair, haven’t helped the Portuguese during his short spell in charge thus far and the previously outcast Matteo Darmian has recently made his way into the first-team since Antonio Valencia’s injury.
The Italian hadn’t featured under the former Chelsea and Real Madrid coach in the league prior to the Ecuadorian’s ailment and, according to CalcioMercato, has a personal agreement with Inter Milan.
Things haven’t worked out too well since the 26-year-old moved to Old Trafford from Torino last summer and the Nerazzurri are believed to have identified him as a top target.
Still, United are reportedly blocking his move to the San Siro as they have injuries to deal with, despite the fact he’s seemingly not overly trusted by Mourinho.
