Newcastle United supporters in the Transfer Tavern are keen to see Jonjo Shelvey return to the starting lineup against Stoke City this afternoon.

Additionally, he has the capacity to find the back of the net in spectacular style. Nonetheless, it may be fruitful for the former Swansea man to reduce his aggression on the pitch to avoid needless red cards.
There is a possibility that Shelvey can conjure a productive partnership with Mikel Merino who has impressed during his first few games as a Newcastle player. It’s safe to say that their supporters on Twitter are keen to see the duo in action together.
