Newcastle fans can’t stop laughing after the club took a cheeky pop at Alan Pardew on Twitter.
The Magpies’ social media administrators have been hard at work since the Premier League was suspended, keeping fans entertained with archive footage of iconic moments and memorable goals.
On Saturday, the entire 4-4 draw with Arsenal from 2011 was broadcast in full on the club’s Youtube channel, and of course it brought plenty of entertainment to Twitter as well. While we all know how it ended, some fans were jokingly dismayed by the Gunners’ 4-0 half-time lead, tweeting an anti-Pardew hashtag that the club quickly took notice of.
