Lots of Newcastle United fans have been flocking to a tweet about Allan Saint-Maximin as NUFC 360 relayed that the 23-year old has been named in EA SPORTS FIFA‘s latest Team Of The Week (TOTW).

Saint-Maximin’s rather impressive display in the 3-0 home win at St. James’ Park against Chris Wilder’s European-chasing Sheffield United in the Premier League was recognised by the video game franchise with a new 86-rated card (cards can have a maximum overall rating of 99) .
The Frenchman’s stats in various key areas have been boosted so that members of the Toon faithful can enjoy playing with him on FIFA 20.
Saint-Maximin scored the opening goal of the match against the Blades, and also won the most duels and produced the most successful dribbles out of anyone else on the pitch, according to Sofascore.
The wide man is enjoying a relatively fine debut season in the 2019/20 top flight so far, winning 7.1 duels and making 4.9 successful dribbles per game, as well as scoring three goals and creating six big chances in 20 appearances, as per the website.
One NUFC supporter has speculated that ‘if the takeover doesn’t happen, he’ll be off’, which is both a credit to ASM’s displays in this campaign but also a worry that a team may come in with a big money offer for his services in the upcoming summer transfer window.
