It was a fantastic day for Celtic in the Scottish Premier League today as they piled more misery on arch-rivals Rangers following their 5-1 win at Ibrox this afternoon.
It’s left the large contingent of Bhoys fans lining the bar here in the pub in a very good mood indeed with plenty of supporters believing that the treble is still very much on.
But these are dark days for Rangers, who’s visible lack of quality throughout the whole of the pitch would have worried new manager Pedro Caixinha, who has so much work to do this summer.
For Celtic however, it was a show of how strong they’ve been domestically this campaign and there’s one player that has been at the forefront of all the good work we’ve seen at Parkhead this season.
The man in question? On-loan Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts, who has been in fantastic form for the Bhoys all season.
And thanks to the stat experts at Squawka, we can reveal that Roberts has been directly involved in 13 goals from 16 league starts for Celtic this season- fantastic figures indeed.

He’s certainly got a bright future ahead of him and after another fantastic performance against Rangers, he won’t be forgotten by Bhoys fans at Parkhead for a very long time indeed.
