The Man United fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are cringing after seeing this…
This time last week, the Tavern was rife with embarrassed Manchester United fans after a trio of disappointing defeats – including a loss to rivals Manchester City in the Premier League.
Whilst the Red Devils are seemingly past their blip, having picked up 2 good wins in 2 games – the Man Utd fans in the Tavern are once again left feeling embarrassed after seeing this image…
As revealed on Twitter, a Manchester United fan has been pictured wearing a United shirt with the name of club executive Ed Woodward on the back…
Yes, really!

Even when they’re winning, they’re embarrassing!
The United fans in the Tavern aren’t sure what’s worse: the fact that he has a name of a United executive on his shirt – or the fact that the name is the same person who bought Marouane Fellaini for £30 million!
Woodward has always been an unpopular figure in the Tavern, despite his record-breaking acquisition of Paul Pogba – so this is not a very popular image with the United faithful in attendance.
What were they thinking?
