There are many more turning heads, though, with the likes of Cole Palmer, Josh Wilson-Esbrand and Rico Lewis featuring under Pep Guardiola recently.

Portuguese teenager Carlos Borges is also currently making waves with the elite development squad, even earning comparisons to Foden after his phenomenal start to the 2022/2023 youth campaign.

The Latest: Romano praises ‘big’ Emilio Lawrence signing…

While the Etihad Campus is already producing waves of top-tier talent, City are still maintaining their mission of bringing in some of Britain’s brightest from outside the club.

The attacker made a brilliant nine goal contributions over 18 appearances for most recent club’s Under-18s last season, but now, he could transfer his dazzling displays to Manchester.
