Arsenal: Fans left unhappy after update on potential signings

Arsenal fans have been left unhappy after they received an update on the club’s plans this month.
According to Charles Watt from Goal, the club are focusing on making ‘one or two’ loan signings in the current transfer window.
The Gunners will be hoping for a better loan signing than the disastrous transfer of Denis Suarez a year ago.
Suarez joined the club on transfer deadline day from Spanish club Barcelona until the end of the season on a loan deal with an option of a permanent contract (via The Independent).
However, the move never worked out with the 26-year-old only playing a total of 95 minutes across the Premier League and Europa League (via Transfermarkt).
This term they have been linked with moves for the likes of Jerome Boateng and Thomas Lemar, however, both deals seem out of reach.
Bayern Munich coach Hansi Flick has claimed he ‘cannot imagine’ the player leaving, while, Atletico Madrid are looking for a loan fee in the region of €6m (per the Independent) (roughly £5.1m).
Despite the conflicting reports, fans were left feeling unhappy about the update over the club’s plans as they took to Twitter to react.

Imagine trying to strengthen your squad using loans 😂 no team wants to loan out there better players, meaning were scraping the barrel for average players at best
