West Ham fans take to Twitter to call for Ravel Morrison return

West Ham vs Tottenham is always a big game for both sides. Tottenham fans can usually be found getting up on their high horses goading the Irons over what they describe as ‘West Ham’s cup final’ but they can never take it when they lose. After the game, Ravel Morrison was vocal on Twitter about the Hammers’ win, and the Irons want him back.

Morrison, now of Ostersunds after spells at Lazio and Atlas following his West Ham exit, was found on Twitter lauding the performance of Mark Noble. The Hammers’ skipper was incredible yesterday and did everything right as he helped his boyhood club complete an impressive double of becoming the side to inflict both Arsenal and Tottenham with their first defeats in their respective new stadiums.

It has now been five and a half years since Morrison had his own incredible moment against Tottenham. The 26-year-old was still young and upcoming when he put the cherry on the icing on the cake of a 3-0 win over Tottenham at the old White Hart Lane with an incredible solo effort, and it seems that the Hammers still absolutely love him with memories of that goal, as they’ve been calling for his return.

You can read the Hammers’ calls for a Morrison return here:

The Hammers would love nothing more than to see Morrison return to the club and would love to see him repeat his heroics from 2013 against Spurs again one day.
