Arsenal fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern are looking up with surprise at the latest viral image passed around by our landlord and it seems that Mesut Ozil is something of a good luck charm for the Gunners.
The midfielder has been on a massive winning streak when it comes to home games he has been part of- and is on a run of 48 consecutive games without a loss.
Despite only joining Arsenal in the summer of 2013, that is still pretty impressive even when you consider his time under Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid given we all know how impressive the now Chelsea boss is in his own stadium.
Ozil has also spent a bit of time on the physio table and sat on the bench but given this stat, we think he needs to be starting those crunch games week in week out!
