Our Chelsea fans here in the Transfer Tavern are in high spirits once again after they beat Manchester City last night.
The Blues’ supporters here by the bar had been feeling a little apprehensive going into the game with the Citizens yesterday evening after what happened at the weekend against Crystal Palace.
Indeed, had they lost again things really would have opened up in the title race but it wasn’t to be as Eden Hazard scored a brace to secure a 2-1 victory.
The Blues, then, march on and face Bournemouth next whilst it remains to be seen if Victor Moses will be a part of the action at the weekend.
He is currently out injured and took to Twitter to praise his side’s result:
Great performance from the boys last night big win against a strong City side! The lads showed great character #CFC
