Many Glasgow Rangers fans were delighted with the cameo performance of John Lundstram during their 4-2 victory over Ross County on Sunday.

The Gers picked up their second Premiership win of the season away at Ross County on Sunday. Joe Aribo, Connor Goldson, Alfredo Morelos and Scott Arfield all found the back of net, but Steven Gerrard will be slightly worried by the concession of two goals.

The £6.3m-valued Lundstram (Transfermarkt) did not start the game but was instead brought in towards the end of the match. So far during his short Gers career, he has come in for plenty of criticism for his performances, but many supporters were impressed with what they saw from the 27-year-old this weekend.

He was even involved in Arfield's clinching goal and managed to complete seven of his nine passes during his 14 minutes on the pitch (Sofascore).

These Gers fans were quick to shower the midfielder in praise, and they took to social media platform Twitter to share their thoughts.
