Rangers are set to trim their squad in the January in the transfer window, with several players reportedly set for an exit from Ibrox.
The Daily Record claimed that Jamie Murphy, Greg Docherty and Matt Polster will be allowed to leave next month, while Andy King’s loan from Leicester is expected to be cut short. Glenn Middleton is set to be recalled from his loan at Hibernian but the ‘Gers may seek to loan him out again soon.
Off the back of the news of these imminent departures, Rangers fan @telavivrangers on Twitter shared their list of players that they would like to see sold, released, loaned out or returned to their parent clubs.

In response to that tweet, many ‘Gers fans replied to say that Andy Halliday should also be shown the door in January.
The versatile 28-year-old has racked up plenty of experience with the club, making 147 Rangers appearances, but he has featured only seven times this season, most recently at Ross County in late October.
Here are some of the responses calling for Halliday to be sold or released by the Ibrox club:
Add Halliday to that lost as well, staunch but not good enough

I’d keep ojo for the bench not good enough to start. Add halliday to that list.
