There’s little surprise to see Barcelona superstar Neymar at the top of the list, with an astonishing 167 votes.
He’s been strongly linked with the Red Devils for what seems like an eternity and his arrival would shake the very foundations of the Premier League.
A genuine world star.
Raphael Varane
While the attacking stars tend to get most of the plaudits, Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane come second with 123 votes.
The classy French central defender would be a Rolls Royce defender in the truest sense, replacing Rio Ferdinand at long last in the heart of the rearguard.
At just 21, he could be a United legend for well over a decade should he soon make a move.
Cristiano Ronaldo

While he is still undoubtedly one of the top two players in the world, the Portuguese would likely cost a bomb and command eye watering wages.
At 31, there’s little hope of a resale value and surely the numbers just don’t make sense.

Another to have actually once been at the books of the Red Devils, Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is fancied by 74 voters.
The Frenchman has gone on to become one of the best in the world since leaving Old Trafford in 2012, in a decision that surely must haunt the club to this day.
A genuine top class box-to-box midfielder, it is hard to imagine United shelling out huge sums of money to bring him back, if only to avoid the embarrassment.
