Celtic fans on Twitter question Rogic absence from leaked Leipzig lineup
Celtic face two very big games in the space of just four days. later today they’ll be taking on RB Leipzig in the Europa League whilst on Sunday they face Hearts in the Scottish League Cup semi-final. Rotation is obviously key for Brendan Rodgers, but this leaked Celtic team has frustrated fans as Tom Rogic appears to have been left out.

Chris Sutton tweeted out the unofficial Celtic team lineup that was doing the rounds and in the tweet itself, he’s mentioned that having the likes of Scott Brown, Filip Benkovic and James Forrest absent is a big loss. However, it’s the wizard of Oz, Tom Rogic who the fans are really missing and they’ll just be hoping he hasn’t picked up a knock and will be available for Sunday when they face Hearts at Murrayfield.
Rogic is one of Celtic’s very best players. When he’s on-song the whole team tends to be and he’s the sort of player who can dictate a big game, leaving even more Celtic fans confused at the fact that he’s being rested for their trip to Germany. Sutton’s expected team could be wrong, and a lot of fans will be hoping it is, but with a huge game on the horizon domestically, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see Rogic left out.

Most Celtic fans would take a point now if you offered them it and will hope they can still get a result despite Rogic’s apparent absence.
