The possibility of Celtic losing Dedryck Boyata could become a reality in the very near future.
The Belgian enforcer is yet to commit to a new deal at Celtic Park and has just six months left on his current contract with the Scottish Premiership giants.
Because of the situation the defender finds himself in, he is permitted to talk to clubs from abroad about a possible summer switch.
And, according to a report in Turkey, it does not appear that he is short of possible options should he decide to leave Celtic.
Fulham are also thought to hold an interest in the Bhoys’ star, which could make it difficult for Celtic to keep hold of him.
Boyata has been a star for Celtic during his time in Scotland and the club will be desperate to see him sign a new deal.
Valued at £1.8million by Transfermarkt, there is no real surprise that there is interest in him, especially considering that he could be available for nothing.
With a number of clubs thought to be keen on the 28-year-old, Celtic could be looking at making the difficult decision of whether to sell him in January or to hope he signs a new deal or possibly risk losing him for nothing in the summer.
