Celtic currently find themselves in a promising position in the race for the Scottish Premiership title, with their treble hopes still intact.
The Hoops didn’t really bring many players in back in the summer transfer window, but it’s safe to say that they’ll need to invest in a number of additions this month.
Of course, the month of January could decide Celtic’s fate, with the opportunity to mount an unassailable lead at the top of the table. But at the same time, things could go horribly wrong.
Therefore, here is the dream January for Celtic…
MOUNT UNASSAILABLE LEAD AT THE TOP
Celtic have had to compete with the likes of Aberdeen, Rangers and Kilmarnock in the race for the Scottish Premiership title so far this season, and the race is still far from over.
Therefore, the Hoops simply have to mount an unassailable lead at the top of the table in the month of January as this would provide them with breathing space, allowing them to switch up their focus to Europe in time for February.
SCOTT SINCLAIR CONTINUES TO FIRE
Scott Sinclair was a spectator towards the start of the current campaign as he struggled to work his way into Brendan Rodgers’ plans at Celtic Park.
However, he has played a vital part in Celtic’s rise in form recently, scoring three against Aberdeen, providing an assist against Dundee and netting against Motherwell.
So, the Hoops could soon find themselves miles ahead in the race for the title if Sinclair continues to dominate, as no one has been able to keep a lid on his exciting performances in recent times.
