Celtic are yet to reach their full potential in the current campaign as they face an uphill task to secure the Scottish Premiership title.
The Hoops find themselves in an unfamiliar position, chasing the Scottish Premiership title at this moment in time after a poor start to proceedings by their standards.
Indeed, Brendan Rodgers’ side have already suffered heartbreak in the Champions League and run the risk of suffering a similar fate domestically if they don’t start improving.
So, they’ll already be looking forward to the January transfer window, with a number of impressive additions being required in what will be a long, tiring Scottish Premiership campaign.
With that in mind, Celtic will win the league if these TWO stars join…
Scott McKenna has established himself as one of the hottest prospects in Scotland over the past season, with a number of clubs keeping tabs on the central defender.
The Hoops simply must move for the Aberdeen defender during the January transfer window, as Rodgers’ side have looked vulnerable at times in defence and Dedryck Boyata will no doubt attract attention once again.
Celtic are still searching for a suitable replacement for Moussa Dembele after witnessing his departure during the summer transfer window. Indeed, the likes of Leigh Griffiths and Odsonne Edouard have struggled to carry the load at times, so they must look to bring in another forward in January.
Breel Embolo has already earned 29 Switzerland caps, four of which came at this year’s World Cup. The youngster uses his pace, strength and aggression to work himself into promising positions, and more often that not he will find the back of the net and can provide for teammates.
