Following a brief period of unfamiliar discontent at Celtic Park, it feels as if Brendan Rodgers is steering the ship in the right direction once again.
The relentless Hoops who have dominated the SPFL in recent years are on the rise. Celtic have scored 15 goals in their last 3 league fixtures, including back-to-back away drubbings against St Jonhstone and then Dundee earlier this week.
Celtic’s free-flowing attacking football has been partly inspired by the electric form of Tom Rogic in attacking midfield, as he scored for the second consecutive fixture on Wednesday evening, taking his tally to 34 for the club in the process.
The playmaking maestro is an integral part of Celtic’s expansive style of play; when he finds his best form, the players around him tick.
It’s an ability which is practically unrivalled within the Celtic squad and it would appear that his recent performances have thoroughly delighted the supporters.
Indeed, his reputation has been soaring for quite some time, but his popularity amongst the Bhoys culminated this week when he scored a sumptuous long-range effort to open the scoring against Dundee.
It was a strike of immense quality which hinted that it won’t be too long before rivals clubs begin to take note of his performances and plot a potential transfer bid.
The Celtic fans have since been gushing over the 41-cap Australia international on Twitter…
He just gets better every game if Messi scored that goal it would be all over the net today
