Our Manchester City fans here in the Transfer Tavern are really looking forward to their game tonight against Everton as they look for another win in the Premier League.
One of the favourites for the Premier League title this season, the Citizens got off to a pretty convincing start with an easy 2-0 win over Brighton last weekend.
Certainly, they were looking ominous in that game but they know that the Toffees – with all due respect to Brighton – will likely represent a tougher test.
Indeed, Pep Guardiola did not see his side beat Everton once in the league last season and so he’ll be looking to avenge that whilst one of his new signings has tweeted his excitement about making his home debut.
