The Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern are looking ahead to a new era at the Emirates next season. With Arsene Wenger set to leave at the conclusion of the current campaign, it’s looking set to be all change at Arsenal.

Whoever comes in to replace the departing Frenchman will surely have a big job on their hands, with Wenger’s influence on this side evident.

Wenger’s departure will likely effect players differently. Some, who Wenger has stayed loyal to, may find that whoever comes in doesn’t rate them quite so highly, whilst others could get a new lease on life.

However, there are a handful of players that the managerial change isn’t likely to effect. For one reason or another, they haven’t had many, or any, minutes this season, and that may not change next year. A loan, then, would be a fantastic step for them as they look to make a career at the Emirates.

With that said, these 2 Arsenal men should go out on loan next season…

 Eddie Nketiah

Eddie Nketiah is ready for a first-team chance, but with the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Danny Welbeck all ahead of him – it seems unlikely that his chance will come anytime soon.

He’s clearly a very talented player, and he certainly knows where the net is. However, he needs to be playing, and so a loan makes sense.

Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham has proved his worth whilst on-loan, and he could take a similar path.

Konstantinos Mavropanos

An obvious choice.

Konstantinos Mavropanos has yet to make an impact since moving to Arsenal, and it seems unlikely that his chance will come anytime soon.

He’s clearly a talented player, but he won’t develop if he’s just sat on the bench for the Gunners.

Particularly with Wenger departing, a loan away makes sense as he looks to make a name for himself. The Frenchman seemed to rate him, but he might not be so lucky with who comes in next.
