Sheffield Wednesday suffered another defeat at home yesterday afternoon in the Sky Bet Championship at Hillsborough as Hull City ran out 1-0 winners.
The Owls have struggled for form over the festive period and followed their loss to Cardiff up with another disappointing showing in front of their own fans against the Tigers.
The nature of the league dictates that they are not out of the play-off picture by any stretch at the moment but it is all about momentum at this point in the season and currently the Owls have none.
Indeed, they need to respond and quickly to the last few setbacks in recent matches but fans do not seem to think that the squad is up to that task on Twitter, judging by recent comments.
After Garry Monk claimed that he wanted his side to angry about how things have gone and that he wanted a response, fans took to the social media platform to suggest that might not be something that happens.
