While Danny Ings is scoring for fun down on the south coast, Southampton team-mate Che Adams cannot buy a goal right now.
The 23-year-old once again failed to find the back of the net for the Saints following their recent 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace, and fans have been left feeling extremely underwhelmed by his latest outing.
Adams has yet to score for Southampton since joining from Birmingham City in the summer, explaining their frustrations. Meanwhile, Ings has managed to bag 12 goals in the Premier League after netting against the Eagles.
With plenty of games still left to play, Adams still has time to make an impact in the current campaign. And having started the centre-forward in that recent draw at St. Mary’s and the win against Chelsea, manager Ralph Hasenhuttl clearly has faith in him.

Djenepo comes on for Adams, who again, has failed to leave his mark on the game. Southampton look flat, and unable to create anything. Looks like it might take a spark of magic from Sofiane to turn the game on it’s head. #Saintsfc
