Many Everton fans have been left buzzing over some news on their proposed new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
As per the official website of the Merseyside club, the first section of the concrete super-structure of the new ground has now been erected at the dock, rounding off a year of progress at the site.

The sand compaction process, which has seen the dock infilled with approximately 480,000 cubic meters of sand, will also be completed this week, further showing the rapid progress that is being made in building their new home.

There are certainly exciting times ahead for Toffees supporters as they prepare to leave Goodison Park, and updates like these are more than welcomed as they live through the journey.
