Sunderland fans have been reacting to comments from Lee Johnson, who said it is unlikely there will be any more arrivals at the Stadium of Light.
As it stands, the Black Cats are tenth in the League One table as they look to get promoted back up to the Championship. So far during the January transfer window, they have made just one new signing, with Carl Winchester coming in from Forest Green Rovers.
Unfortunately, it looks as though there will no further business done by Sunderland this month. Speaking following the north-east side’s win over Port Vale in the EFL Trophy, Johnson admitted that it is unlikely there will be any news faces arriving on Wearside.
