According to the Roker Report, Kyril Louis-Dreyfus is now in the process of undergoing the EFL’s ‘owners and directors test’ and it may be a “matter of days” until Stewart Donald’s tenure comes to a screeching halt after two-and-a-half years at the helm.

The report added that a deal between the two parties has been agreed and that the new owners of Sunderland could be in as early as “next week” if proceedings take place as expected.
