Going into the international break, Celtic came off a huge 6-0 over St Johnstone and go into a huge game this weekend against Hibernian.

After years of dominance, Celtic face a huge test this season as multiple teams now look like they could challenge Rodgers' side for the title this year.

Rodgers wasn't massively backed in the transfer market and so far it's shown as they currently sit third in the table and go into a massive game this weekend against second-place Hibernian managed by former Celtic boss Neil Lennon.

It's a crucial game for Celtic and in what will come as great news for the fans, Leigh Griffiths is putting in extra training as he looks to get back fit for the club's run of crucial fixtures according to Hoops assistant manager, Chris Davies.

The Breakdown

Griffiths pulled out of the Scotland squad for their games against Israel and Portugal last week, as he wanted to concentrate on his fitness for Celtic over their run of tough games.

The striker struggled with a knee injury earlier in the season which caused him to miss four of Celtic's six Champions League qualifying games.

Celtic's next run of games sees them play RB Leipzig twice while also playing Hearts in the Scottish League Cup semi-final and in the league. With those tough games coming up, Rodgers will need a fully fit squad to keep up their title hunt and to keep their European dreams alive too.
