Though the Transfer Transfer was packed to the rafters yesterday for the Manchester derby, the game at the Etihad failed to live up to the billing.
Indeed, one of the only talking points to have emerged from last night’s clash at the Etihad has been the red card shown to United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
The Belgian was involved in a tussle with Sergio Aguero last night, dismissed late on and gave yet more problems to Jose Mourinho, who already has quite the depleted squad as it is.
Still, interestingly enough, while the former Everton midfielder is barely the most popular figure amongst our punters, many of them have moved to blame the Argentine forward.
Granted, it was a silly move from Fellaini, though there’s little doubt Aguero made the most of the collision, invoking the ire of Red Devils around the world.
