The next Renato Sanches? The West Ham starlet who would thrive at Man United under Jose Mourinho

It’s been a poor season for Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, who still has a lot of work to do if he’s to bring Champions League football back to Old Trafford next season!

The Reds fans lining the bar here in the pub have been a little disappointed with what they’ve seen from their side at times this season, especially considering the amount of draws we’ve seen at home this campaign too.

And if there’s one thing that has gotten the United fans here in the Tavern worried, it’s the summer additions that Mourinho will bring in over the next couple of months. They need to bring some big players to the club, especially considering the ageing midfield and the need to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic in one regard or another but there’s one young man who’s currently on the books at West Ham who we’d love to see move to Old Trafford.

The man in question? Portugal U18 star Domingos Quina, who we haven’t seen an awful lot from over the course of the season but a player with a seriously bright future ahead of him.

He’s featured 13 times for the Hammers U23 squad this camapign, despite being just 17-years-old and has shone when given the chance in the reserves. He’s an attacking midfielder who has been likened to Bayern Munich starlet Renato Sanches on a handful of occasions and he’s certainly someone that will be looking to impress during pre-season.

But when it comes to developing raw, young talents, there’s no better place to do that than Old Trafford. United need some new blood to come into the first-team over the next few years with their first-team squad ageing at an increasing rate and Quina is certainly a man they should be keeping an eye on going forward.

United fans- could you see the exciting Quina make a difference at Old Trafford over the next few years, if you make a move? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!
