Arsene Wenger has worked wonders for Arsenal football club.
The Frenchman has won three league titles in north London, six FA Cups and led the Gunners to two European finals in his 20 year tenure.
However, his time looks to be up in North London and the 2016/17 season will surely be his last at the Emirates stadium.
The ‘Wenger Out’ boys in the corner of the Transfer Tavern are thrilled but they are getting some dirty looks from the ‘Arsene knows best’ crew.
Wenger will surely want to go out on a high and that is why the 66-year-old has already been busy in the transfer window, with the club expected to confirm the signing of Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach.
With Juventus ace Alvaro Morata also being heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium in the summer, it really could be a new look team come the start of the new season.
Wenger will want to win the league in his last season in the Premier League, with his contract running out at the end of the season, and here is his dream line up in order to win the Premier League title for his fourth time…….

Petr Cech
In goal, its none other than Petr Cech.
The 34- year-old stopper is the record holder for the most clean sheets in Premier League history, and won the Golden Glove in his first season in North London.
Cech was an acquisition from Chelsea last summer, a club where he won every piece of silverware possible.
Cech is experienced but more importantly a great, reliable goalkeeper and Wenger will surely not look past the man who John Terry claimed “will save Arsenal 15 points a season”.
Hector Bellerin
Bellerin broke into the Arsenal XI in the 2014/15 season due to Mathieu Debuchy’s rotten luck with injuries.
The 21-year-old was named in the Premier League team of the season, and it is easy to see why.
The Barcelona born full back is quicker than anyone in the Premier League and makes important tackles as well as providing loads of crosses and assists.
The Landlord at the Tavern says he think Bellerin will be off the Nou Camp before long.
Laurent Koscielny
Arsenal finished second in the league last season and only need a little bit of sharpening up.
Laurent Koscielny has been an instrumental part of the team over the past few seasons and was yet again, an important figure in Arsenal’s quest to end their 12 year baron spell without a league title win.
Although Arsenal didn’t win the league, they could have finished a lot lower down in the table if Koscielny hadn’t been in the side.
The Frenchman is always calm, composed and gets Arsenal out of danger as quick as possible, perhaps Koscielny is even captain material for Wenger.
Medhi Benatia
The first new signing in this dream XI for Arsenal next year.
Benatia has been unlucky with injuries which has kept him out his club side on numerous occasions.
Benatia has won the Bundesliga in successive seasons with Bayern Munich over the past 2 years as well as being named in the Serie A team of the season, during his time at AS Roma.
The 29-year-old would form an excellent partnership with Koscielny, and Arsenal would have two great centre back options on the bench in Per Mertesacker and Gabriel.
Nacho Monreal
At left back for Arsenal, it has to be Nacho Monreal.
The Spanish full back played in all but one of Arsenal’s matches in the league this season.
The 30-year-old has 16 caps for Spain and is a great provider for the Arsenal forwards.
The Gooners by the pool table says they prefers Gibbs but this will surely be Monreal’s last season in the first team as he enters the latter stages of his career.
Jack Wilshere
You either love him or you hate him and at the Tavern, we absolutely love Jack Wilshere.
When Wilshere is fit, he is perhaps the best midfield player in the Premier League, he is quick, versatile, great on the ball and can pass the ball as good as anyone.
More importantly, Wilshere is passionate and plays like he is a fan.
The 24-year-old is despised by all Tottenham fans and plenty of people around the media, but Wilshere is more than capable of proving them all wrong.
Granit Xhaka

Xhaka is seemingly a Gooner after pictures were released of the Swiss midfielder in the new Arsenal kit, days before it was unveiled, (Daily Mail).
The 23- year-old is a born leader, despite his age, Xhaka is the Borussia Monchengladbach captain.
Xhaka is passionate and has a strong tackle, he also has a thunderbolt of a shot and has scored some very impressive long range strikes over the past few years.
The Gooners at the Tavern will be watching all of Switzerland’s games at EURO 2016 to see the Arsenal new boy.
Alexis Sanchez
With the departure of Tomas Rosicky, Alexis has been unveiled as Arsenal’s new number 7.
The Chilean is a real threat whenever he plays and despite having a “poor season”, he still popped up with 17 goals and 11 assists for Arsenal.
Alexis even scored the winning penalty for his country in last summer’s Copa America.
The 27-year-old is one of the best players in the Premier League and could be the man to fire Arsenal to their first Premier League title since 2004.
Mesut Ozil
“He’s Arsene Wenger’s man, he’s better than Zidane”. Arsenal fans at the Tavern are praying that Mesut Ozil stays in North London (the red half!) – as the German was an incredible force in the Arsenal team this year.
Mesut picked up 19 assists in the Premier League this term as well as helping himself to 6 goals.

Santi Cazorla
This may be an un-natural position for Cazorla but at the Tavern, we are looking deep into Wenger’s mind and being as realistic as we can.
Cazorla had a horrible season plagued with injuries and who knows where Arsenal would have finished if the little magician had stayed fit.
Wenger is usually reluctant to spend too much money in the transfer window and Cazorla is certainly capable of playing on the wing for Arsenal.
Cazorla is skilled and has an incredible ability to pass and shoot and therefore, he gets the nod ahead of Aaron Ramsey, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and even Joel Campbell who had a tremendous season at the Emirates.
Alvaro Morata
Last but not least, Alvaro Morata.
The Spanish forward has been named ahead of Fernando Torres and Diego Costa in the Spain squad for EURO 2016, which shows his quality.
The 23- year-old is ridiculously fast and can always find the net.
Morata has already won Serie A and La Liga as well as the Champions League and will be hoping to add the Premier League title to his winner’s medals.
The Daily Star reported that Arsenal have bid for his services just days after he netted the winner for Juventus in the Coppa Italia Final.
We at the Tavern know Arsenal’s misfortune with injuries but providing this side stayed fit, they would surely be genuine title contenders.
