After weeks of rumours around the Football Transfer Tavern, Yannick Bolasie’s move to Everton has finally been confirmed, and the Everton fans are as pleased about the deal as you would expect.

The deal, touted to be worth around £30 million, marks Ronald Koeman’s most expensive signing yet, and brings an end to one the longest rumour transfer saga’s of the summer.

With several weeks still to go before the end of the transfer window, it looks like Ronald Koeman is closing the door on this deal only to open it up again for another, with the Dutch manager reportedly keen to bring in several more new faces as he continues his Everton revolution.

Lamine Kone

Lamine Kone has been linked with Everton throughout the summer, with Ronald Koeman considering his defence a particular weak spot going forward.

Kone is reportedly ready to leave Sunderland and has told his management that he is seeking a new challenge, whilst David Moyes is keen to hold on to him.

The deal looks like a matter of when, rather than if, with both player and club keen to make the deal happen

Rachid Ghezzal

Another player that Koeman is reportedly chasing is Lyon winger Rachid Ghezzal.

The winger has reportedly been dropped from the Lyon first team, after a falling out with management, alerting a number of clubs across Europe.

Koeman is reportedly keen to bid £10 million for the player; a fee that he feels will be enough to bring him to Goodison Park.

He will have to compete with West Ham for the attackers signature, but with Koeman confident; we could see this deal go through quickly

Joe Hart

A huge name that Ronald Koeman and Everton have been linked with is Manchester City number 1 goalkeeper Joe Hart.

Hart was dropped from the City first team on the opening day, amid rumours that Pep Guardiola is keen to replace the veteran Englishman.

This has alerted Everton in to a deal that would be considered a coup, with the multiple time golden glove winner likely to want to keep his place as a number 1 away from City.
