Daniel Sturridge hasn’t had it very easy as of late, but the talented Englishman looks to be finally coming into his own.
After several years lacking fitness and form, he’s finally round a role for himself at Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, and it’s a pretty important one. he’s started a couple of games, but he’s also been able to make a huge impact from the bench.
Perhaps his biggest impact came against Chelsea in September, when he bagged a stunning goal from outside of the box in the dying stages.
That goal has now been recognised officially, as it’s been named the Goal of the Month for September. Indeed, it was a stunning strike, and it certainly deserves the praise that it has since got.
