There has also been great excitement regarding Lindelöf’s performances in a United shirt.

Jesse Lingard

With the potential arrival of Ivan Perisic, Lingard’s position at United seems under considerable threat.

For an attacking player, the 24-year-old doesn’t flaunt the best goal total.

During his time as a Red Devil, the Englishman has scored 11 goals in 83 games, only five of which have been scored in the Premier League.

Marouane Fellaini

The 29-year-old has lost his significance at United, the arrival of Paul Pogba has added a sense of creativity and dynamism to Mourinho’s midfield, something that the Belgian has failed to provide.

Fellaini’s abilities are being utilised mostly as an impact sub, a player to dictate aerial battles, it doesn’t seem as if the Belgian can provide any more to Jose Mourinho’s team.

Approaching the age of 30, it appears that his United career is reaching its conclusion.
